      Love to work with students in a small setting.

      Cons

      Area directors and supervisors have racial issues and visas about who can be part of the supervisor and director's team. No positions are offered to others who are not Anglo-Saxon. Also, a lot of bully specially by supervisors in central Florida.

      Great Co-Workers Great training for curriculum and de-escalation Point sheets are really well designed

      The management of this company is terrible. They are not helpful in the nuts and bolts, they hire people who are not at all qualified for their job, and they change company policies on a dime if they do not like the way you act or look. It is unfortunate that a company that offers such a good service can be run so terribly. Pay is almost $10,000 under the average in the area.

      little autonomy with regard to teaching style, pressure for students to do well on standardized testing, tons of paperwork, suffocating supervision, lack of appreciation, low salary with consideration of years of experience, outdated texts and teaching materials, 80% of energy spent on lesson planning
