Pros

Get to work with professional sports teams

Cons

Constant turnover as they do not want to give raises or promotions to their current employees they would rather hire from the outside and choose incompetent people for these roles. Constantly rehiring for the same positions because there is no incentive to work hard as you will never be rewarded.

Pros

You get to work with hard-working teammates, and do get to work for professional sports teams

Cons

Everything else. The company 'strategy' is laughable because it changes consantly, with no real logical reason as to why. Leadership provides no transparency as to why they want to do certain things, but WILL be happy to cut 10% of the workforce, and collect their bonus. Not only that, most departments, even outside my own, have horribly bad turnover and you cannot imagine the extra work that creates for everyone remaining. There is no reward for working harder, or getting projects done, or delivering for your customers. Oh that also means that new releases I promise customers just dissapear into the void. If you want the logo on your resume, be warned, nobody outside of sports has heard of Catapult Sports, so that won't be very helpful. Also, the company has acquired so many companies that there are so many products, half of them don't even get talked about, or explained to the sales team to sell effectively. So there's that.

Pros

Working in the sports industry

Cons

Catapult sports is completely dysfunctional. Leadership is so out of touch with their workforce, customers, and goals. There’s a complete lack of vision and direction. The benefits are beyond lack luster. There’s so much stress on a daily basis to meet customer needs, but the products at their core don’t support those needs. All the CEO cares about if the financials and doesn’t care about anyone’s lives, pay, or benefits.
