"Management leaders far too concerned with progressing their own career that they don't question any decisions that effect the team they manage Bullying seems to not only be tolerated but actively encouraged by leadership in order to have everyone on board with horrific decision making from the board all the way down No idea on whether they want to be process driven or flexible in how they work so in a constant state of limbo Clique culture is rampant with no one being welcome unless you are part of that clique which is based around working as many hours as humanly possible and spending your spare time drinking and admiring each other Using an American way of working and forcing that in Europe and the rest of the world not realizing that different parts of the world work vastly different from each other and nuances are needed Board room so concerned with how much money is made and what they can report as financial wins they are willing to sacrifice peoples livelihoods, see September 2022 redundancy's for an example, yet re hired those same positions within 2 months under a different title." 1. Mid-level management into executive leadership is an absolute MESS 2. No one ever knows which direction the company is going in, leadership included 3. People that have been 'grandfathered' in are never held to the same standards/practices as newer employees 4. Always feels as though something shady is happening behind the scenes 5. Leadership/executives are ALL talk, ZERO execution or follow-through

Good, smart, team members. Team leads and managers are great.

Cons

Leadership is out of touch. Work hours are all over the board because we span different times zones. Yet leadership expects us to be back in office 3 days a week for absolutely no reason, except that it’s a mandate so there’s no debate.

1. Poor Leadership and worse office environment 2. The US Operations is run like a Used Car Lot. They expect a heavy workload without supporting it's employees. 3. They have intelligent employees but the employees don't have the autonomy to build professionally and be innovative thinkers to improve product or services.
