flexible with things that come up in regards to your schedule nice people

Cons

work load is meant for way more people than they have stressful during busy season each team within the company does everything their own way, so it's hard to know what to do/what's going on a lot of the time

Good people Competitive salary Sports products Good commute. It’s not terrible.

Cons

Inexperienced and relatively new management which don’t have their footing yet and don’t understand agile or scrum or jira at all. But are certain they do. A lot of unnecessary process and micromanagement making it very hard to actually do your job.
