Great company

Pros

Working there as a government contractor was an great experience. I felt just as part of the company as anyone else. Definitely not like the typical gov contractor mill that valued quantity over quality. They provided great benefits, exceptional time off including all federal holidays, free training and reimbursement as well as yearly 3% bonus.

Cons

I don't have any complaints.

Pros

Pay remained the same which was better than average for this city.

Cons

Zero delivery after many promises. They "closed the sale" yet seemed to have no intention of making improvements despite having a non-IT contract with same agency for at least several years. Worst female manager I've had who threw her subs under the bus on regular occasion. Disconnected, irresponsible management at all levels, and like last company made it clear we were on the lowest of low end even though they basked in our hard work & huge efforts to satisfy a nearly impossible to please customer. Endless, endless, endless email and communication mgmt. and very little tech work.
