Pros

Good benefits, had plenty of contracts to work on.

Cons

Didn't offer the opportunity to work on another contract unless you were in some type supervisor/managerial role. Salary was on the low end, no market comparisons. Didn't know how or care to keep talented and faithful employees.

Pros

Knowledgeable and very approachable management. Strong process-based methodology of running contracts and operations. Good pay & benefits. They do what they can to retain employees, even at contract's end.

Cons

Like most contractors, the company struggles to hold onto employees at end of contract. Also, they outsource their recruiting to a company based in CA. Business Development could use a boost.
