Pros

Some bright people in lower levels

Cons

Communication from the top down is miserable. Pay is miserable. And the location is a haul for many people in the Alexandria area but that is inconsequential to management. Promises are made when you walk in the door but are mysteriously forgotten shortly thereafter

The health insurance benefits were decent.

Cons

Senior management was aloof and didn't communicate with any of the lower level staff. Salary levels are below market Disorganization and lack of vision Lack of employee development (education reimbursement was often denied because of it not being related to the specific job title) Constant threat of termination
