Good benefits. Pleasant coworkers. Nice work life balance. Fair pay scale. Doctors are easy to work with. Nurse manager is a great boss.

Cons

The office manager is terrible. She makes working for her impossible. She lies, she manipulates, she never tells the truth, if she doesn't like you she fires you

They were very much into education and encouraged everyone to further their education.

Cons

Their census stayed low in the CCU, so we had to be called off a lot.
