There is no shortage of exciting, meaningful work currently underway at Cat. Automation, connectivity, digital, energy transition, hybrid, fuel cell, hydrogen to name a few.

Opportunities to advance to senior level positions can be limited. A lot of the same people get promoted time and time again Less visible, but extremely important roles are not rewarded equally as more highly visible “cheerleader” roles.
