Pros

Good pay for a low cost of living area (Peoria location). Great for getting established in life out of college. Decent benefits. Culture can vary but my teams have been great!

Cons

Constant layoffs make you feel insecure, as is the case with most big companies these days. Don’t expect promotions based on performance. Growth is very structured, but pay raises and good performance reviews can compensate for lack of quick promotions.
