Pros

You get time to learn, everyone’s pretty nice, it’s a huge company so you can see a lot of things

Cons

Switched to 5 days in office, job was pretty unclear for months, didn’t really have a set team, things move pretty slowly

Pros

Travel perks are great depending on your role.

Cons

5 day per week RTO policy is back in effect and very irritating. Many of us work with international dealers and colleagues. Company expect flexibility while not being flexible, lol!

Pros

A lot of overtime. Decent training

Cons

Pay was low. Co workers were not they greatest to be around. Pretty poor management with scheduling conflicts. Very short breaks. Felt like a robot going through the motions. High stress job. Low reward.
