      Pros

      there are opportunities to grow if you have the right management

      Cons

      Most management if your applying to move up already have someone in mind but will continue the hiring process to build the pool metric and mostly as a formality, This discourages anyone from applying elsewhere in the facility and my supervisor confirmed this when I mentioned a position I wanted to and she disclosed that the hiring manager already had someone in mind and didn't want me to waste my time

      pay and time off is decent

      Cons

      -working with people who do nothing and get paid the same -management does nothing about it and does nothing in general - some management attempts to but this location only cares about retention so upper management doesn't help -horrible attitude -good at your job and work hard? Expect to be used and abused -the pay is attractive for a reason, you are better off somewhere else -so horribly unorganized
