Pros

Valuable experience with a global enterprise; as full-time employee there are generally good growth opportunities every ~3 years; most employees truly care about the products and services

Cons

As with many older corporations, leadership struggles to modernize the work culture. Such as back-in-office mandated for all rather than dictated by job requirements (forced hybrid for specified days by your manager does not truly provide flexibility), and company events are either lacking or not aligned with employee interests.
