      Everyone is expendable, nobody is anything more to the company than a line on the budget.

      • Huge company with endless advancement opportunities • Great opportunity to travel, even internationally • Huge profits mean huge budgets to get state of the art tools for doing better work • Supremely well polished branding • Great reputation for being a well paying employer

      Cons

      • When a finance geek determines you're able to be removed from the budget, you are without any consideration • Execs do not care about the underlings at any level of the company • Very much a 'good ol' boys' environment politically • Extremely political posturing, if you aren't akin to Frank Underwood, you'll flounder fast • You as a human will never be worth more than the shareholder dividend
