Pros

money, money, money, money, money and money

Cons

not much of diversity or inclusion, middle and upper management seem to be dominated by one group (race, age, gender, prior experience), lot of office politics

We believe the success of our enterprise is founded in our people and strive to provide compensation and benefits packages that reflect the work they do. We also value the diversity and unique experiences each employee brings to the enterprise and recognize inclusion is a journey rather than an initiative – we continue to take steps to ensure we are promoting a culture of inclusion.

Pros

Benefits package, 401k match, work flexibly when needed

Cons

You're just a cog in the machine, easily disposed of when times get rough because the company isn't smart enough to manage their money throughout the year.
