Get to work with some fun people Health insurance in good in comparison to a lot of other jobs Overtime if you consider that positive Lots of opportunity to learn different areas

Cons

Lots of overtime Management could be better; they tend to start different programs (good and bad) but have a tendency to not follow through with it. Not much room for promotion
