Pros

Pay and benefits are good

Cons

A lot of bureaucracy and mismanagement. The only thing senior management cares about is the bottom line. It seems as though there are a lot of incompetent people that are promoted because they "play the game" instead of the best worker or someone that would be a better fit.

Pros

Salary, Professional Atmosphere, Good Benefits, Good Mechanical Engineering. Business speak is highly prized. If you an a engineer with average skills and great personal skills ready to move to the business end, this is the company for you. Likes to think of itself as a top of the line employer.

Cons

Must conform to mid-western culture. Mechanical engineers rule. Diversity applauded in name only, very much an old ..(think color)..boys culture. Mechanical engineers believe they are all knowing and superior to all other disciplines.
