Pros

Global company, diverse work force, tremendous variety in work, great people with diverse backgrounds.

Cons

Lack of upward mobility without sponsorship from executive office. Tend to reward mid-career highers more than long term employees due to better exposure to executive office. Engineering talent is often overlooked for higher level opportunities. Limited upward mobility for technical people.

Pros

Good operating plan. CPS laid out very well.

Cons

CPS not followed. Front line and mid level managers are weak. Facility management stays insulated from the direct issues. Engineers not engaged in manufacturing areas.
