Pros
Weekly Pay New clean, drug free facility There is opportunity for growth At first I was sold on the fact Clayton, OH facility was new and there is all sort of space to advance to better positions (which is true). It is a nice facility its clean not smoky or gassy fumes or nothing like that, no dust flowing all over the place. Safe place to work as far as violence is concerned. I would recommend this Job to somebody who just need to get their foot in the door, or needs the money with no other work options
Cons
Favortism is contagious, If you are not a die hard "yes man" or a "kiss up" who has other links to the facility that are higher up than you, you may be (s.o.l) You can do things that greatly surpasses the favorites performances and you will be overlooked for the job. They will string you along and then you find out the new guy got the job.
