      Pros

      A. Very open minded enterprise where no matter what your salary grade is, your views/ opinions do get accounted for. B. Very competitive pay package

      Cons

      A. In terms of career growth, it doesn't seem like their priority ( even though, there have been some recent changes) and you simply cant have a fast pace/ dynamic career plan because its not viewed practical. B. If you are looking for green card sponsorship, simply not the place to be.

      Ajay Shankar has been well known in Delhi business circles for decades. He has diverted very profitable engineering services to past associates such as Rohit Chand to Jupiter Technology /AXIS,, Onward Technology. Messrs Chand and Shankar were classmates at IIT during their Bachelors study, they then maintained close relationships by positioning each other (and close family members ) in each others firms boards.
