Pros

Stable Company (100 years in Business) World Wide Footprint Good Brand Name Diversified Product Line

Cons

-Management lost their way with respect to how they treat people -Capricious and Ill-considered management decisions are forcing many good and loyal employees to relocate or quit -Management talks work/life balance but every decision they make seems to take more away from the lives of the people working there -Management has taken to the ideas that all employees are just interchangeable cogs that can be swapped around without consequences

Pros

-Raises, bonuses, and 401k match are alright -Decent colleagues -Some very good managers depending on what division or group you're in -Somewhat casual job responsibilities depending on the role you're in

Cons

-Global 5 day in office policy with no official exceptions -Horrible leadership team who won't stop talking up how great a job they're doing while talking down retention or flexibility concerns -CEO won't stop using Musk as a role model

Pros

There are still some good technical people left that are helpful and willing to share their knowledge.

Cons

Shady leadership has decided that instead of a global workforce engaged and collaborating together, they would rather reduce headcount under the shareholder radar by making it a worse place to work (in person) and getting people to leave. Any real flexibility has been removed, set back at least 10-15yrs. Excellent people have been let go (despite signed remote work contracts) or through office closures, leaving more work for checked-out folks still chained to these offices.
