Pros

Lots of redundancy so you dont actually do a lot Decent pay for Illinois if you aren't in the Chicago office People actually have heard of the company you work for The equipment they make is needed, so they won't just dissolve into nothing

Everything is outdated So much bloat, a team of summer interns can do more better than a task force of 100 Full time employees, in multiple areas managers do not know their jobs, technology, or the business HR is terrible and actively tries to push people out (RTO, bonus cutting). Replacing US jobs and workers with foreign
