Benefits; Salaries; Flexible Work Schedules; Dress for your day; Main Peoria-area very low cost of living with high salaries.

Cons

Unreasonable Workloads; Lack of clarity of roles; inattention to mid and low leadership behavior; No longer a company with internal opportunities--all going to external and to Chicago.

Pros

Work life balance is there if you seek it. Good people overall.

Cons

Changing direction every couple of years. Lack of clarity on vision in general. A lot of great people have left the company and leaving everyday.

Not very many, if any

Cons

You name it, no lunch, no promotions (favoritisms), pay sucks, always working to remove full time employees to replace with part time temps (lower pay, no benefits). We call it the “cat litter box”
