Pros

The compensation was OK for the work that was required.

Cons

They hired to many bone heads out of the automotive industry and they now want a union. The people from the unions are compulsive complainers. The people at the office think that everyone in the plant are below them and are on a different playing field. They need to get out there and do some of the work and they may get more knowledge of how it feels to be told at the last hour that mandatory overtime is tonight or for the next few days. Overtime should be selective and not required.

Pros

Great benefit, good salary comparing to company in the same or similar industry.

Cons

Not a good place if you are someone very technical. Your talent will not be appreciated and utilized to the extent you would like to.
