Pros

-CAT machines are great, good opportunities to see prime product assembly if you live in Illinois -well paid with good bonus opportunities -you learn a lot about supply chain, various suppliers manufacturing operations, and supporting CAT mfg locations

Cons

-there are too many managers -engineering is overworked and understaffed -job roles have no consistency with salary grades amongst various groups -5 days back in office seems like an attempt to get people to quit to avoid layoffs
