      Pros

      I joined Cat about a year ago and they have the most phenomenal relocation package and sign on bonus you could ask for! The pay is extremely competitive. The bonus structure and benefits are phenomenal. You get recognition for your hard work and there is the opportunity for advancement. On the Product management side the leadership is kind, takes feedback well, has good strategy, and good moral. Overall great culture.

      Cons

      The company lacks diversity. You do have some people who are in leadership who probably shouldn’t be but they appear to be getting weeded out. On the engineering leadership side they set unrealistic timelines for projects and then act shocked when those goals are not met.
