Pros

I would not recommend working here if you care about your health and safety.

Cons

Training involved my supervisor talking very badly about my co-workers. When someone asked to use the restroom the supervisor asked them if it would be a number 1 or number 2. My manager came into the office very sick and coughing all day. A couple days later I came down with COVID. We were required to come into the office even though we could work from home and our stats were better at home. When I asked why we were required to return in the office they had no answer for me. I worked there for one year. Instead of giving me notice that they were not going to extend my contract they let me go with NO NOTICE whatsoever. Whenever I had computer issues they would try to sneak up on me and see if I was lying and accuse me of lying about them. Very negative work environment with very unprofessional and rude manager, supervisor and co-workers. Turnover rate was very high, around 50%. Shortly after accepting the job offer and starting they reduced my pay by 20%. They would pay employees very different wages. Spoke to one co-worker making around $13/14 per hour. No one to take temperature at the door during a pandemic even though we were told there would be. People not really wearing masks.

Pros

Strong Pay, many great co-workers, most managers I've had in 13 years have been good, variety of opportunities, significant flexibility for most job roles, getting to learn about great product and industries

Cons

Large publicly traded company that prioritizes shareholder return above nearly everything. Trend towards transactional view of employees. Have to be willing to set own boundaries - company will always take more if you give it. Have to be willing to advocate for yourself/push yourself if you have a dis-engaged manager.
