Pros

Short-term cash incentive bonus at all levels, Christmas shutdown for a week, overall good pay and benefits. Great business and product.

Cons

Recently implemented performance-based pay ambiguous and subject to bias. Not a good place for people coming in from outside. Mid-career hire is a dirty word.

Pros

Compensation and benefits package were higher than a lot of other local companies.

Cons

Too many chiefs not enough Indians. Management could not get on the same page. They preach safety and quality but when push came to shove, it was all about the bottom line.
