Will fire even the best workers

Pros

Easy work. Learn skills to at least get better jobs.

Cons

Expect you to be quick and efficient. If you dont complete orders fast enough, you're fired. If you get one or two claims in a month, (wrong orders sent) you're fired. Management didnt know what to do and there is asbestos in the building and they try to deny it (when on order picker you see it written clearly on the roof.)

Pros

Great benefits and good opportunities

Cons

Very liberal HR practices with no HR oversight, lots of politics. Feast or Famine business model...lot of layoffs. Lot of waste.
