Co-workers are supportive of each other

Cons

There is a lot said by the executive director and management that sounds good but in reality the supervisors and directors don't care on any level about their employees. Very low employee morale.

Pros

We had all holy and holidays off. Plenty of vacation, sick and personal days. Great coworkers.

Cons

Salary is very,very low. No increases bonuses in years. The money you made in 2004 u still making in 2015. You cannot afford rent with the salary u are making at this agency. DO NOT TAKE A JOB AT THIS AGENCY....STAY AWAY

Difficult work to perfom, lot of tasks to accomplish.

Cons

Good benefits which includes plenty of holidays, vacation, medical, vision and dental, and company culture. Flexible schedule and friendly staff.
