Pros

The coworkers are incredible. There is a great culture among staff. The company definitely hires a friendly and helpful personality type.

Cons

I find the culture to be extremely punitive, which is a very unsafe practice in healthcare. I have worked for many other hospital systems and have found this punitive culture to be pretty severe. Many of the staff are very anxious of getting “written up.” Would not recommend for a brand new nurse to work here. It is stressful enough to be a new nurse and here they don’t support learning from mistakes, only enforce repercussions for them. Also, they don’t offer 401k, only pension after 5 years
