Pros

Benefits overall are decent, local standards are comparable

Cons

They do not value their employees AT ALL. They will cut and slash every cycle, year in year out. Been in and out of their system for more than 10 years, stay away. There are much more stable health systems to work for on the island.

Pros

Cons

No room for advancement, promotions are favoritism based, not merit based. Decent job but don’t expect to move up unless your someone’s buddy
