Pros

Great insurance, reimbursement for education, nice amount of time off, very close-knit community of employees.

Cons

Cannot take earned time off because there is no staff available to cover, very underpaid for position, covering for employees who left to go elsewhere mainly due to the lack of competitive salary offering, micromanagement at its finest, lack of educational growth in the workplace, no direction.

Pros

Great for someone new in the field

Cons

They DO NOT cover gender affirming services. They do not tell you this upon hire. They put it very small on their website that they will block these services. The discrimination is astounding.
