Pros

Friendly staff, for the most part.

Cons

Management doesn’t care about employees. They have favorites who can do no wrong. It doesn’t matter what you do for them, the hours you put in, or the extra work on a daily basis. Negative work atmosphere, very low moral. No bonuses. No incentives. “Merit raises” which aren’t based on merit at all because everyone get the same across the board. Until management retires I do not recommend wasting your time working in this toxic environment.
