Pros

Family oriented, small hospital. Everyone is friendly and willing to help each other. You know everyone in the whole hospital

Cons

Low pay, hospital is about to become union so administrators aren't happy and treating the staff unfairly. No growth at all. Unless you go back to school to change field.

Pros

St. Francis is a nice place to work. The managers are very nice and try to accommodate their staff. The pay, and benefits are great.

Cons

This organization lacks team players. This is negative, especially in the health care environment where patient safety can be affected by lack of teamwork. Staff fight against each other, rather than work together.
