Pros

The benefits offered are great. My colleagues were wonderful to work with. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, you will enjoy working here.

Cons

Career paths for non-clinical staff are quite limited. Raises almost are non-existent and when they occur, everyone gets the same amount. Great performance is not rewarded.

Pros

At this point there is no pros working for corporate offices

Cons

I have been working for the system a total of 13+ years and it went from loving my job to know hating it. In Melville in order to move up the ladder you have to know someone because otherwise your experience or knowledge does not matter
