Pros

Management lacks leadership and skills that even the worst employee looks like a pro.

Cons

Having the catholic name associated with the company. Non catholic employees benefit more in observing their religious beliefs while also benefiting from the very few catholic observances they offer. Pay and raise are based on who you know, not what you are worth.

Pros

The employees of Good Samaritan are very nice in general, and it is a great work community. The hospital tries to create some good events for the staff.

Cons

The parking situation for employees is ridiculous. In general, the appreciation for staff members could be much better. Human Resources is extremely slow in processing any changes and applications. There are many discrepancies in policies and operations from department to department.
