Pros

I work with amazing people who truly care about the patients and the work they do every day. Everyone works as a team and i couldn't all for better co workers.

Cons

Recently, an enormous amount of cuts were made. There was no rhyme or reason, they laid off people who have been here for 20+ years. cuts were not based on job performance. I walk in every day wondering if i am going to have a job tomorrow because they just keep cutting corners in every department. They simply do not care about their workers, you are just a number to them. They want you to run yourself ragged in as little time as possible because they don't want to pay you. Very little opportunity for advancement. No dinner offered in the cafeteria for night shift workers. Shall i go on?
