Pros

Great team who actually care about the work they do. Ever since joining I've never felt more welcomed!

Cons

Pay is not the greatest. Definitely try to negotiate multiple times. Some coworkers are getting paid way less than others due to this and there is no room to negotiate after accepting the position. Working in healthcare is stressful due to a multitude of factors. You will get yelled at and/or berated for things out of your control. Nurses and doctors have it hard. We try our best to get them the help they need as fast as possible.
