Pros

Great team, great directors, upper management is also great. Well organized, professional, friendly. I would recommend to work on this team!

Cons

Month end and year end closes are intense. It is a short 6 day business close, and day 7 is variance explanations. That is a lot of work in a short amount of time so it is stressful most months. Also growth is very limited since new positions and turnover in the management level is limited. Which low turnover in the management level is a good thing but for growth purposes it indirectly stunts your lateral moves in the company. It is a nonprofit so pay rises are not so much.
