Pros

Caring, professional staff who are dedicated to their jobs and the patients' well-being. Clean facilities and convenient location.

Cons

They are not hiring enough talent for all the necessary work. Teams are thinly stretched. One person is expected to do the work of three. No bonuses, and raises are below inflation on LI.

Pros

Good benefits and great co workers. The food is good. Steady work if you want it. Postive place to work and rewarding in helping others in time of need.

Cons

High turnover due to healthcare cuts. AS with any healthcare facility the hours can be crazy. Benefits cost keep rising year after year. High stress. Low pay as with any healthcare job. Not much room for advancement.
