Pros

Site Management Tuition Assistance Health Insurance Opportunities to transfer roles at a particular site or transfer to a different department/location at Catholic Health

Cons

Depending on the location the salary offer is lower than what you would expect from a hospital system like Catholic Health. You have to negotiate a bit. Corporate's marketing efforts need improvement; they expect a lot from offices when it comes to marketing, but there are limited resources and office staff are busy in their respective roles. We do not work in sales. Corporate could be more considerate of feedback from practices. Some improvements have been made in the practices, but it can take a while and sometimes feels like an uphill battle.
