Pros

Great place to learn how to build and configure.

Cons

Leadership needs a lot of work. There is zero transparency, so many different projects happening at the same time. Teams are shrinking. People keep leaving and their positions don't get filled. Directors and Managers don't know what we are working on and hardly ever join calls. Fake career ladder, it's different for every team. Not all have teams have the same steps some don't have any at all based on the size of the team. Raise are a farse too, they give you cost of living and try to pass it as a raise.
