      Pros

      CHS is working hard to create the best employee experience possible. Training programs for managers emphasize ways to improve employee satisfaction and we are seeing the results in reduced turnover and high employee engagement. Everyone is focused on the mission to deliver the highest quality and most compassionate patient care possible.

      Communications across the system are sometimes a challenge due to the size of the organization.

      Great doctors, friendly and caring co-workers.

      Cons

      I've never experienced the level of unprofessional behavior with management as I did at this hospital and I've worked at other hospitals. The tuition reimbursement program is laughable when the cost of education is so high. I found that the insurance was also not great compared to other hospitals. No internal programs for advancement or growth opportunities.

      Pros

      I liked working with my fellow coworkers and taking care of the patients. I loved my job but my experience was completely and utterly ruined by management.

      Cons

      I think management is the unprofessional and very rude. They unfairly write you up for things that other people do but yet they don’t get written up for it. Management talks down to you and pretends that they care about you. When I resigned no manger even said good bye to me or good luck in the future.
