- Good work life balance - People are great and diverse - Opportunities to learn different areas of a hospital - They do compensate certs/ higher ed - but only after you pass exams

Cons

- Management, can be a bit scattered and might want to rush into things without knowing the full breath of work - which can lead to some really weird work or defunct projects no one uses - An "old time" mindset/culture - hard to explain but being in the tech side - it can be limiting when trying to implement to processes - Benefits could be better in terms of medical/dental/vision and retirement - but does offer pension which is basically unheard of these days
