Pay scale is decent, regular raises secured through union contract. Health benefits are good.

Cons

Attendance policy is ridiculous. Being a health care company you’d think they wouldn’t want sick employees at work, but they don’t care. Even with a doctors note absence for illness still counts against you. Management plays favorites.

Not seen as an individual. Work ethic does not seem to get you anywhere whether you are a top notch employee or a mediocre one. Evaluated by your title (salary) but forced to take in other duties with no compensation. Unfair wages. Short staffed. Overall tense working environment with no resolutions in sight.
