Pros
Hybrid work schedule. Can use your headphones while you work, not a lot of time on the phone depending on your duties. Work/life balance is somewhat flexible.
Cons
Pizza party instead of a Christmas bonus. 401k doesn’t get matched until 1000 hrs worked AND 100 days worked. Parking fee is automatically deducted from your paycheck based on your income “tier”. Weird work environment, not many friendly people. Managers rarely acknowledge you, don’t expect a hello from them just about ever. Training is unorganized, a lot is not explained and instead you learn from others or on your own. Management seems overwhelmed with their duties since questions and emails go unanswered or are forgotten about. You don’t get introduced to anyone, you’re better off introducing yourself. Never met the company owner and she works in the same office. Pressure to meet productivity expectations.
