staff very knowledgeable and competent. administration values dedication and competency by yearly increase in pay without the presence of a union. in the present condition this system operates well without a union. all system locations have compatible staff and managers. managers very flexible and understand the value their staff provides on a daily basis. administration is very responsive in a timely manner to important issues.

Cons

the only issue is parking during busy periods. however, a shuttle is provided to staff to a designated lot as well as a parking ramp is available on site. this inconvenience only affects one system site.

I was so happy to hear that their mission statement included the statement that we are to help the poor,needy, and the sick... I did enjoy being part of that team at catholic Health that had our hearts set on going the extra mile to aide those who could not help themselves. The Catholic Health System of Buffalo was fair in wages and in had incentives for advancement.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons for this company.
