Job sucks life out of you

Pros

Not a bad pay, 40 hours work

Cons

Too busy and short staffed. Everyone is so exhausted and overwhelmed, nobody will help you if you need it. Some get privileges and “work”/ chat through the day with their family members next desk. That is conflict of interests. Also HR doesn’t care even if it’s in the policy, as long as the mailing address is different. Place is a mess and unfortunately patients suffer because of all unprofessionals down there. Benefits are not great, insurance too expensive with over $2 k deductible per person All good employees leaving because of the way they treated, that’s why this place is short staffed
