Pros

Holly is amazing to work for in float pool. So fair, supportive and understanding.

Cons

Patients are typically very difficult. Very little support once you're on a floor. You can talk to Holly but there isn't much more you can do other than that.

Pros

Fellow staff is great and everyone helps each other

Cons

Poor communication between departments and between management to staff. Money is very tight right now, so lots of budget cuts currently. Everything is old and outdated. Short staffed. Benefits are terrible, high deductible plan, and because it’s a Catholic hospital they don’t cover birth control.
